|LATE POLICY| All clients have a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be considered a no-show. Your appointment will be canceled & charged a 50% cancellation fee. |NO CALL - NO SHOWS| If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged a 50% no-show fee for the scheduled service. After three no-shows you will be banned from booking online & will be required to pay a $35 fee to regain access. |CANCELLATION POLICY| Chemical & Braiding services must be cancelled within 48hrs of service time. All other services must be canceled within 24hrs of your service time. If you do not cancel within the 24hr or 48hr mark you will be charged 50% of the service fee. |COLOR + PERM POLICIES| All color & perm services require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost that will go towards your scheduled service. If you reschedule 48hrs before your appointment time, we can transfer deposit to next scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel before 48hrs or you are considered a no-show you will be charged 50% of the services remaining cost. |BRAIDING POLICY| All knotless box braids require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost, that will go towards your scheduled service. If you reschedule 48hrs before your appointment time we can transfer deposit to next scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel before 48hrs or you are considered a no-show you will be charged 50% of the services remaining cost. * REMINDER - Your hair must be 5 inches long for cornrows & 2 inches long for knotless braids. Please come with freshly washed, dry and blown out prior to your appointment. If you want to add in hair please provide your own.
