LATE POLICY -All clients have a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment that is considered a no-show. Your appointment will be canceled & you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. NO CALL - NO SHOWS -If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged a 50% no-show fee for the scheduled service. After three no-shows you will be banned from booking online & will be required to pay a $35 fee to regain access. CANCELLATION POLICY -Braid services must be cancelled within 48hrs & haircuts/beard services must be canceled within 24hrs of your service. If you do not cancel within the 24hr mark you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. BRAIDING POLICY -All knotless box braids require a non-refundable deposit of $100 that will go towards your service. If you reschedule 48hrs before your appointment time we can transfer deposit to next scheduled appointment date. If you fail to cancel before 48hrs or you no show your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service. * REMINDER - Your hair must be 5 inches long for cornrows & 2 inches long for knotless braids. Please come with freshly washed, dry and blown out prior to your appointment. If you want to add in hair please provide your own.
